protect the path, guide the blind, build hope for a better future, for this is the keeper's way

note: this is a soundtrack for a fictional game where you play a keeper. keepers are guides stationed in towers on routes less travelled due to the dangerous conditions and hazards along the path. they use their magic to shed light, guiding travelers along their way. 

this project is a submission for The Worst Game Jam (2025). a game jam that originated in the Discord server for The Worst Garbage, which is a media network full of extremely talented and thoughtful creators. i'd like to just take a moment to thank the amazing folk behind TWG for allowing a community like this to exist. a community that is overwhelmingly accepting and prides itself on standing up for what is right. the theme for this game jam is 'a beacon in the dark'. in many ways, the shows that come out of TWG and the community surrounding it are a beacon in the dark for me. 

there are dark times are ahead of us. find strength in each other. be kind. we can get through this together.
